Very responsible staff, especially the receptionist. You will always be welcome there, but a young guy washed my car not very well. I didn't finish drying, leaving water on the roof and streaks. There are dirty spots in some places. Overall, it was perfectly washed, but not perfect if someone expects it.

Today, 06/25/2024, I washed my car at this car wash for the third time. The standard program.
The first and second sinks were just perfect! I even thought about leaving the car for a full dry cleaning of the salon....
But this time something went wrong!
They washed it very badly... There are traces of dirt above and under the door moldings... Neither foam nor water got into the openings when applying chemicals and washing with a kerchief. They remained dry and dirty...
Eva mats were knocked out with a kercher and shoved into the salon wet without shaking or wiping. To the question: how does my car differ from the neighbors, where the mats were washed and hung to dry, I received the answer that you can't hang my mats to dry, since they are with sides and do not bend and the owner does not consider it necessary to hang hooks or clothespins to dry the mats!
If I hadn't noticed that the car was poorly dried, no one would have told me... and I would have left like that...
And also, upon arriving home and examining the car in detail, I found that there was a long scratch on almost the entire roof from the water scraper!
In short, full of negativity, I decided that I would not set foot there anymore!

Until yesterday...
I came in the evening to wash my car after a business trip. I stood in a small queue, drove it in at dusk, waited in the customer room, said "done" - sat down and drove off. In the morning I found out that the car was washed disgustingly - the bottom of the bumper, thresholds, arches, mudguards and wheels were not washed, there were stains on the body, the mats seemed to have been cleaned in the cabin, but everything under the mats remained. I decided to stop by at lunch.
Already another administrator immediately said that she was not there and could not help in any way: maybe I was not there at all yesterday, or maybe I had already dirtied the car on purpose today, and in general it was necessary to check immediately when I picked it up! But, let me, I used to trust professionals!
After another 10 minutes, we found those employees who were nearby and found out who was washing. But anyway, they can't help in any way, they won't fix it - it's not their problem! Everyone stood there, blamed everything on some Valentine and went on to hack.
It is clear that everyone messes up in any case - in the end, the human factor. But the services differ from each other in only one way:
Someone can admit a mistake, apologize and fix it, but for someone it is only important to make money at once!
Gentlemen, I would like to write a good review and say that everything is ok. But they spoiled the mood and didn't even apologize. SERVICE IS BELOW THE BASEBOARD! Dear customers, if you think that everything will be OK with your car and mood and it will not affect you - you are deeply mistaken - you WILL BE NEXT, and they will not even think to apologize to you!
