For the first time at this car wash, I ordered a regular car wash externally + mats. This is my second car wash, the car is new. I chose this sink because it has a high rating. What was my surprise when I found streaks, a lot of them on the windows! The windshield was stained - almost cloudy. Disappointment. I noticed that the mat was not at the driver's door, as it was in another place. And so fast for 30 minutes. But I will be looking for my perfect sink.

Just great service! I've never seen anything like this before. The cleaners check everything for stains with headlamps — wow. At the end, they put a mat under their feet to wipe their shoes and get into a clean car with clean feet. A suite with glasses and fly removal for 33 rubles is worth it. Thank you! They gave me a Mir card to pay with, and provided me with a check. Just well done.

I serviced two A6 and Q7 cars for 2 years. Washing the Q7 cost 34-37 rubles. In June (06/05/2022), at the end of the washing, the receptionist put up the amount of 56 rubles, explaining that this amount includes applying a polish with a hydrophobic coating. I did not order this service. The money was paid, but I did not see the effect. The tire blackener on the tire has become stained/ there is no uniform. I returned, the money was not returned, they pointed at the price list and advised another car wash. Problems with the terminal and receipt issuance. They look at the spit if you want to pay with a card. I will be serviced elsewhere.

I signed up for an engine wash from above and below, 43 bel. rubles were taken for work on 05/09/2022. I chose them based on reviews on the Internet and recommendations from friends. The first thing that alerted me was the master's answer to my question "Remove the battery terminal or remove it yourself?" - "We usually do not remove it"; the second is that the generator and starter were not covered with anything during washing, and the third is a package "from Euroopt", which covered the battery. The car was washed for 1 hour, of which 30 minutes were washing and 30 minutes were drying and purging. As a result: the battery is wet, the power connectors from the relay unit and fuses are in the water, the car started up the third time and worked erratically (troilo) and the engine thrust disappeared. The car passed 1 thousand km before washing in three weeks and there were no problems with the engine operation. The road home was hell: the engine throttled, stalled, did not pull, spontaneously gained momentum before the cutoff.
I regretted very much that I turned to this company and that I did not stand behind the back of the cleaner and did not look every second at what he was doing, since during the subsequent inspection doubts arose about the competence of the employee, who may not understand where it is possible / impossible to direct a stream of water and air.
