Permanent masters, there is no staff turnover, as in other car services. You know that when you arrive, the same craftsmen will look at your car as they did a year ago, and they already know everything about it and will definitely figure it out - the pros!
Both spare parts and original ones are immediately available, and analogues, if someone needs cheaper ones, are available at adequate prices, and not to look somewhere.
You don't have to wait long either - everything is prompt.
