The most terrible service of those where the car was serviced. I came to them for an oil change. At the end of the work, they reported that the pallet plug had been replaced due to the fact that the old one was short, and during further operation of the car, they discovered that the thread in the pallet had been torn off by the craftsmen of this service. When filing a complaint, they wash their hands of it and say that anyone but them tore off the carving.

I came for a diagnosis. The internal combustion engine, gearbox and computer were diagnosed. They did not advise anything about errors and problems, they did not help to pick up spare parts. And there are 2 bolts on the casing that protects the internal combustion engine from dirt...

A normal service station, but for common car brands. A little aside - and not the whole range of services is available anymore. They also work on Saturday/Sunday. It is important. They try to understand the client's problem, but they don't move more than they have paid for. For example, when lifting a car, they will no longer check just the ball bearings, oil seals, hubs, etc. Now it's all for a fee and you need to order in advance. During ATL's time, all this was done for free at every ascent... A trifle, but very pleasant, especially since I always returned to them, and not to Uncle Vasya in the garages. In general, they do their job. No bonuses, but they do.
