It was the first time we used such a service as car rental. We rented a Volkswagen Caravelle for a long time to travel outside the Republic of Belarus. We took a Kia Rio 2022 car for trips around Belarus. 1. We chose it for the price (it was the cheapest - it doesn't matter to us). 2. They brought it to us for a house in Minsk (it costs approx.45 bel RUB), made a review of the damage on the video and made a deposit of 6000 rubles 3. Rolled back (everything was fine) there were no spare parts only - a little confused, but come on 4. We arrived at the airport on it (45 bel rub instead of 90 - THANKS separately for that !) that's all. 5. After a couple of days, the deposit was returned to the card.
I compared several services, so I recommend this company! ) thanks guys!

Good afternoon! I want to leave my not very pleasant impression about this car rental.
I rented a car under the brand BMW 5-Series G30 restyling. Upon receiving the car, I received a very low-quality appeal, first of all to myself. The car was completely covered in dust, the stove in the car did not work, the front left headlight did not work. After such a service, there was no desire to contact you again. I highly recommend not to apply for a car rental!

I liked the service. Reservations from the site are not accepted, but I decided to contact you a little in advance by phone and check if everything is OK... It turned out that not quite... They could not provide the requested Mazda6 for the specified dates, they offered Audi A6. A couple of days before the rental day, they called and said that they would not be able to provide A6 either and would provide A4 2021 at the same price. The lovely Eugenia made the delivery to the airport, as well as the car pickup from the same place. The car is in excellent condition, I was very happy to drive this particular model. I traveled around half of Minsk and neighboring villages :) Thanks guys for the service, I recommend it!

The worst car rental in Minsk. A month and a half before the May holidays, I booked a car - an Audi A6, the reservation was confirmed, a week before the vacation I clarified whether everything was in force, they answered yes. But two days before the start of the lease, when it was already impossible to take something at other rentals because there was no time left, they wrote that this car was not there, would I like to take A4 (class lower) or more expensive cars, and at the price on the site, and not as they do in others rentals - provide a car of the same class and for the price of the one that was originally agreed upon. The car had a rusty dent on the hood (which means it has been a long time and no one is fixing it) and the rear door windows were covered in something sticky that prevented them from opening. Payment is a separate topic - even when booking, I clarified whether payment by card was possible, there was an affirmative answer. When I came for the car, it turned out that I was deceived again, I had to transfer money to a Sberbank of the Russian Federation card (I also have a Russian bank card, but not a savings bank, as a result I paid a commission of about $ 70).
Of the advantages, except that the quick registration and refund of the deposit without questions.
