In this service, we carried out the removal/installation of camshafts, chains and tensioners, replacement of rockers (rocker arms) and hydracomensators. The main and most important complaint is the delay in the repair period. Then the spare parts do not fit (although they were selected according to the catalog numbers that were provided at the service station and were bought with very good quality), then there is no master, then, while waiting for spare parts, they took more cars for repair. I bring spare parts on Friday, work starts only on Tuesday. And so three times. Due to such slowness, the shortcomings of the camshaft I brought were noticed only after three and a half weeks! Naturally, they refused to change it for me – the deadlines are out. As a result, according to the results of the repair, the amount was rolled out by 200 rubles more than the agreed amount. My complaint was answered – "Due to your fault, the repair time has been delayed. For not being able to make your car in one shift, it turned out to be more expensive." That is, they dragged their time, and then the price was increased by 50%! That's the trick, so write down the agreed repair price in the "Order-order" right away!
