But.... they took the money for computer diagnostics, as if they had solved the problem. I didn't get any poorer, but I still had an unpleasant aftertaste. I'm not going there anymore.
While driving by car, the brook belt began to tear, immediately drove into this service, because it was nearby. We accepted the car without any questions, we were told to wait 20-30 minutes until the place was free. After registration, I talked to a specialist, said that you can buy a belt in a nearby store. While I went to buy a belt, I just got a call and was told that I could take the car for repair.
With regard to mechanics. Instead of just changing the belt and that's it. The mechanic checked all the rollers and found a roller that was not pressed by the washer, told him to buy a bearing and a good new washer. Everything was bought within 10 minutes. The car was made as it should be, not just collected money, but figured out the reason why the belt started to tear and everything was done perfectly.

They rejected the ecology - they did not remove the power from the flap. The air filter was changed - the inlet pipe was connected to the DMRV. Etc. They painted the trunk lid and me with the ceiling lights of the room - they did not make sure that the ceiling lights were normally fixed. The result: water and salt accumulated through the lampshades, corrosion started again, the lampshades were replaced. They said this is not a warranty case, we can fix everything at your expense. The only advantage of this service station for me is close to home. But I won't go to them anymore.

As I understood it, they did not do the door, referring to the fact that the entire skeleton of the door opening needs to be changed. They sent me to look for parts for the window and door somewhere in the disassembly. The sur is that there is a huge disassembly across the street from them. Since I needed a car very urgently, I agreed to such an emergency repair, or rather a deliberate breakdown of the window lifter mechanism. On the phone, they said that they would just prop up the window, and not take out the whole mechanism. Okay, the most annoying thing is not even that! I paid 120 rubles and left. The other day, a colleague from work took and opened my broken door from the outside, although it did not work! I remind you, according to the diagnostic results, the masters of this service station said that it is necessary to change the mechanism-the skeleton of the door opening entirely! And there was just a cable flying off the door handle.
Draw conclusions about whether it is worth contacting these professionals for help, even for an emergency, as in my case.

There seem to be no questions about the work, although something was done and an error came out that was not related to the repair. But the girl at the reception of orders should be replaced. She works with the appearance that everyone got her, what they came for. I think the management should think about this, it immediately creates a negative opinion about the service.
I was repairing the generator :
1) Not adequate (overpriced). The generator itself is not repaired, it is only removed and immediately taken to a neighboring organization called Generatorservice located 50 meters away for repair. After the repair, they only put it back. Hence the wild price tag. I had the generator repaired at Renault Logan at the price of a new one for 370 bel. rubles.
2) They delay the repair time. They promised to do it in a day, in fact, they recruited a lot of cars for repairs that day and the repair of my car was postponed the next day. If I hadn't shown up the next morning and asked why the car was in the corner, I probably wouldn't have picked it up on the second day.
3) They did not want to give a normal warranty for the repair of the generator. We wanted to give a guarantee only for our work, the removal and installation of the generator.
4) They literally don't want you to watch the car being repaired. It is better for them that you disappear altogether and come only when you need to pay for car repairs. And it would be good if you didn't understand the car, then ideal conditions will be created for them.
