They gave the cars for painting work, it was necessary to paint the wing and two doors, they had to do it on time in 4 days.
After the car was taken away, the result of these "workers" who "tried" and "worked" turned out to be an assessment that did not come up with less than 1 star.
The result of the work:
The painting work was carried out incompletely, let me remind you that the contract was for two doors and a wing. The back door was painted in the upper part, the lower one was not even touched (stating that they were painting the passage, and after a while the dispute completely declares "But we did not see")
2. The fasteners on the plastic molding are completely broken (all fasteners on the front bumper are "plugs", all fasteners on plastic (why they were removed if they were not painted is unknown)
They even thought of removing silicone hinges for door handles (although no work was carried out there)
3. Assembly after fitting the gaps and painting - leaves much to be desired. Get ready to spend your time and additional money to eliminate the shortcomings yourself, and possibly give the car to other employees.
But the most important argument is from the "Main employee from the basement," I quote: "We have not seen it, come and we will fix it" - leaves no comments in the correspondence of this "Car service".
The fish starts to rot from the head!
Good reviews apparently from moms and dads. As already written, they pour beautifully into the ears, the price also does not cause doubts about professionalism, stories in the insta about work, but in fact the office "horns and hooves".
New parts (not China, BU) cannot be put in the gaps, so many washers will be applied that with so many it was possible to pull out the old ones. Then they will forget one thing, then the second, then correct the gap - it may work out from the third time, but this is not accurate, is it Pasha? And each time you need to agree on the day of correction, leave the car for a while (day). Instead of the original staples, clips, pistons (even where you had them whole), you will have elegant fasteners with galvanized bedbugs (thanks at least not black on wood), well, it's still not visible... immediately ...
The painting is in principle tolerable (hello Artem), but $ 150 for pouring a flat meter hood on top without removing and not finishing with a painted edge, you can try your luck elsewhere.

So if you are so literate, would you call or drive up to fix it?! In the first half of July, a car was taken to this workshop for body repair after an accident. The beginning of each stage of work took place with a delay of 1-2 weeks and required constant reminder calls and visits. Even when one part (the stretcher) did not fit, no one called -they just started repairing another car. We found out only a week later, on a personal visit. It was not possible to exchange it (although a deadline of 14 days was given for verification), because the "masters" sawed the stretcher and spoiled it. In the process of work by the "masters", the threshold was spoiled (photo attached). As a result of more than 3 months of repairs, of which the car was waiting for its turn 2/3 of the time, we received: 1. The assembly is terrible, (although we bought all the original parts from disassembly), the lower protection does not fall into place (does not converge), there are not enough bolts, the wiring was not laid, but just dangled at the bottom. Errors, because not all sensors were connected in place. 2. The painting is done with smudges (not much visible in the photo, a greasy smudge about 10 cm long), the bolts are not painted. The langeron that was welded is not painted from the bottom at all. The color of the paint was not hit (the photo shows the "perfect" transition after the arch was mowed). And the price of such a painting is 2650 b.r for 5 elements. The car was given away all in traces of glue from the sticky tape, very dirty inside and a kilometer layer of dust (in the box the car stood with the window and trunk open). Not a single certificate of work performed or receipt was provided. As a result, if you want to repair your car for a long time and badly, then you are here!
When contacting the ears, they pour well, but the work is done in a hurry. There are a lot of shortcomings in disassembling the car (removing and installing back parts that interfere with painting). When returning the car, there are many small broken parts (no one will replace anything if you don't notice and show it yourself, they try to hide it at random). They give a one-year warranty for painting, the paint on the body is beautiful, but after 3-4 months, after winter, I had to apply for a full repaint under warranty. During the warranty repainting, they were not even disassembled, somehow glued and painted (almost all the rubber bands and spraying on the racks turned out to be painted).
When I first contacted them, they said that after painting them, I would drive for 3-4 years and not "sweat", however, after arriving at their place under warranty, they said that the car was already old and they had nothing to do with it (the car is 10 years old, VAG, I agree it is not new, but also not too old for us). When overcooking the rear arches, they did not guess the dimensions on one side, and then they spread their hands and said it happens. Although a lot of money was given for repairs by our standards, about 1800 cu at the exchange rate.
P.S.
After the warranty repainting, 3 months have already passed again, however, small paint bloats appeared on the body again.
Their advice was to sell this car and buy another one.
That's the kind of professional repair I've come across.
One little piece of advice, if you decide to contact this office, it is better to do it through Artyom and immediately discuss all the nuances on the "shore", although everything is not foreseen.

After writing the claim, I was pleasantly surprised that they contacted me very quickly and we came to a mutual decision that everything would be completely redone for me. We have signed a new contract. Now I'm waiting to see how well it will be done this time. I'll add it later.
