I bought a turn signal relay for 600 rubles, but it's absolutely not working (it doesn't even click) and so I arrived the next day, with a receipt, packaging and goods, and they tell me that I need an act from the service station stating that it doesn't work, and they refuse to refund, we now have a service station an electrical parts repair center? Some kind of Sharashkin's office. I wrote to them in TG, they tell me, we have such rules, they don't need the Law of the Russian Federation, they have their own rules
