Everything that could be done was badly done.
The shoe was not installed in the seats (on the 3rd golf!), the mortgage was turned in the stretcher and not a word was said about it, the springs in the struts were replaced by installing them with leaking shock absorbers.
The mark-up on spare parts is cosmic.
