A good bus station in our city, spacious. It's clean, there are toilets outside. Waiting areas, cafes nearby, inside. There are big breaks in popular destinations. And there is no notification system, which is a big minus. The poor in small towns, that's why everything is so!
It's terrible, dirty, someone threw up in the hall and no one cleaned, the shops are not open at 19.00
And the most interesting thing is that the dispatcher did not say the schedule correctly and even gave incorrect information on the phone.
There is a good bus station, there is a shop inside, you can drink coffee with pastries, there are also stalls next to the bus station, there is a free toilet behind the bus station, pretty normal, overall good, but it's bad that there is no ATM
The service is disgusting. I have been traveling to Gorval for many years. The schedule indicated in the information signs at the stops never corresponds to reality and you constantly have to check it with the dispatcher.Almost always, the bus departs from Gorval either late or before the deadline, i.e. when the driver pleases. Running on departure (earlier or later than specified), in 10-15 minutes is a common thing.
I called to find out the nearest bus to Gomel, asked if there were seats, to which the girl answered from the phone "I won't book" and hung up. I did not receive an answer to the question "Are there any seats?", I did not hear the reason for the cancellation of the reservation, because it was still 1.5 hours before departure. Boorish, respectful behavior. I would like to see their book of comments and suggestions.
The service is disgusting, the cashier constantly messes up the time on the ticket, which is why I had to buy new ones more than once. The drivers are mostly boors and rude. It is annoying when the driver stops for his personal business
with his friends (on the way). Why should we wait for the driver to visit his relatives when we have paid the fare. The routes are designed so that you go around the whole area. The ticket price is too high due to the route. Buses are not heated in winter.
There is nothing outstanding, but if you need to take a long-distance bus, come buy tickets and get on the road. You need to wait for your departure, there is a mini cafe, go in and discuss. Tired or it's raining, go to the waiting room.
While we were reading the review, your bus arrived!
Have a nice trip!!!
It is normally located, a stop would be added for mountain transport , otherwise it is inconvenient to go from the railway station stop, and so good service is polite, in my opinion, cashiers-cantrolers.Modern design . Notification of the arrival and departure of buses.
It just couldn't be worse! Buses are constantly running late, for whom the schedule is not clear. The bus is late, and the driver is leisurely strolling around the territory, eating sunflower seeds, smoking. There are stops in the villages wherever anyone wants. Utter stupidity !!!
A ticket to Gomel at the bus station costs 3 rubles and 70 kopecks. The minibus driver costs 3 rubles. At the same time, you buy a ticket for the same minibus at the bus station, think about it. That's fine...
The bus station is small, it smells unpleasant at the entrance. The service is not very polite, the staff often leaves, people have to knock on the windows to buy a ticket.

Everything is old and it's not really possible to get somewhere by bus
The smell and presence of homeless people and gypsies is a little scary. But the cashiers are friendly. There are enough routes. You can always choose a convenient time.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, wooden seats were replaced with softer ones, and a more well-maintained cafe appeared. Otherwise, as everywhere else, in winter you can hide from the wind and cold, in summer it is hot and stuffy, in the rain the roof does not leak.
