A standard station.
A small stream of people.
A clean room . Payment in cash and by card. The schedule is quite detailed.
The only drawback is the paid toilet. But knowing the law, having a ticket, you can go for free.
Nice staff, the room is clean. There is a paid toilet. There are very few destinations for departure. In Grodno up to 5 times a day, in Dubno it was not necessary at all.
18.11.2023 Saturday. This is a nightmare!
It's not the first time I've noticed this for these flights. The Mosty Zelva flight, according to the schedule at 14:13, should be in the village of rogoznitsa, the bus at 14:07 swept down the hill at high speed past the stop and did not even slow down, did not stop! Not only was it ahead of its time, it didn't even stop to wait, people who were going to the bus stop at that time were shocked, and were forced to hitch a ride with suitcases! The driver also told the cashier that he had been waiting for 2 minutes! Nonsense and lies! There are enough witnesses to confirm this information! And so it is always on this flight and on the Mosty-Rogoznitsa flight. And what should people do? What is the schedule for! To drive as they want? And so rarely goes transport
Disgusting staff, dialed 07.07.22 at 14:07-14:08, the specialist spoke very rudely, does not give clear information. I ask the management to talk with a specialist regarding customer orientation, a couple of buses pass through this bus station , the staff is sitting idle , so they also answer any question with rudeness !
Clean, tidy, usually. There is no coffee machine (at least), there is no way to recharge the phone (in the 21st century, when an outlet is sometimes simply necessary)
Cleanly ...everything is always on time...the cashiers are responsive and smiling...It's nice to buy tickets...They will tell you everything ...the buses are clean ....I used to go often....and no one was rude or late....Everything is fine 👍
There is a constant unpleasant smell in the waiting room, apparently the ventilation system does not work at all. The toilet is paid, although it does not provide comfort: at the entrance they give out a stub of toilet paper, soap in the dispenser is either diluted or absent altogether, and the toilet itself works on an incomprehensible schedule. There are no complaints about the staff.
Which country is such a station.Soon we will return to the 19th century, we will stamp our feet and give way to the barons, with gratitude that they did not put us in jail.
