Without transmitting the bus station, but in general, considering that now a minimum of the population uses their services, it is quite normal. There is a place to have a snack (a shawarma on the territory of the bus station), the parking lot is not "clogged" with cars. There are a couple of shops nearby. Three stars is probably still for a large waiting room with a small number of seats, illogical, uncomfortable... The area around is cleaned, it's a +.
