The bus station is conveniently located in the center of the town, everything is clean and tidy. There is a waiting room. The toilet in the building is paid, works according to the schedule of the ticket office of the bus station, with breaks.
An ordinary provincial bus station. A small space, large windows, several rows of metal seats. There is a paid toilet and the ability to pay with a card. There used to be a buffet inside, and now the MTS salon
08.01 I was traveling by bus AB 2346-1. From Palichin to Luban. Not only was the bus late, but the stove was not working, it was freezing outside -17.
It's not normal, now I'm lying with a fever, thanks to you.
Please take action, we are all human beings.
Yes, a normal bus station! After the repair, everything is neat, cleanliness is monitored.Tickets are sold politely, the schedule is clear. When I remember the queues at the pre-checkout and the creepy, musty smell of the old bus station!!! Now live and rejoice!!!!
After the renovation, it looks great, rather modern, it would be correct to say. There are not many passengers now, so it is almost always free. The service is polite.
The bus station is good, but the city buses do not run according to schedule, then they are 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, then they are more than 10 minutes late! It's just a nightmare😡
Minuses:paid toilet; there used to be a buffet, now there is nowhere to have a snack or drink coffee when waiting for transport; it's boring to wait, it would be cool if there was Wi-Fi or TV/radio with music; working hours.
Among the advantages: spacious for this city, good location, the ability to pay for a ticket with a card.

Terrible, the toilet is paid through the cash register (so to ask to open the toilet when there is a queue for you) if the cash registers are closed, sit and wait! There is no place to drink coffee either (you could at least put a coffee machine)
