No toilets were seen. The woman at the newsstand is as angry as a dog. The cashiers of the ticket offices are sweet. But the fact that tickets cannot be bought online is a flaw and a huge waste of time.
Convenient location, right behind the store. The only drawback is that it's bad to travel on Fridays... there is a large congestion of transport.

There is a terminal inside the station for selling tickets for all flights, as the sign next to it says. So, for some time now it has become impossible to buy a ticket for the next flight there (at 11 o'clock you can choose flights only after 16 o'clock on a route with hourly flights). I contacted the cashiers with this question, they do not know. The e-mail remained unanswered. I have to stand in queues.
The information service is a complete collection of imbeciles , it's not really possible to get through, they simply don't pick up the phone, and if they do, then come and clarify the whole answer, why the hell are they there then.
A default bus station, nothing unusual. There used to be a lot of cafes here, of course, a lot of places where you could have a cheap snack. It's a pity it's in the past
The terminal never works to buy a ticket. Only through the cashier and the one that works in the morning alone and that's it. And there are a lot of people.

And everyone is amicably advised to call 114 (another of the series "wait for an answer", and not free). But this phone is not even listed.
Very convenient location. There is a place to spend time before departure: TVs in the lobby and in the buffet, there are free sockets to recharge the phone, delicious food, the cashiers are all friendly ... in general, everything is soup!!!
I regularly travel from this station to the country. It is not a problem to buy a ticket, including a week before the trip, as a rule, 2-3 ticket offices work. The pie is convenient.
