I took a ticket at this bus station, they gave me ticket number 50, she sits down and there is no such place on the bus, only 49, despite the fact that they bought 3 more tickets from the driver, and what is it, the driver says nothing, it's clear how tickets are issued, it's just terrible, I had to stand

Lack of order: Constant bus delays. None of the staff provides information about the reasons and the waiting time.Staff: Employees are rude and do not help solve problems. I asked a question and received rudeness in response. I have never seen SUCH an attitude towards people at more than one bus station!

A disgusting organization.People on passing buses can't even go to the PAID toilet, because the payment is at the ticket office, and there's just a huge queue for bus tickets. Bus parking is about 5 minutes.
