I did not visit the bus station, but there is an opinion about the border crossing. It's a nightmare how dirty!!! Garbage is everywhere, dirt and no one cleans it up!!
Everything is normal for such a place. The checkpoint works quickly, the guys are polite.
There are traffic jams, it depends on the time of the visit. Sometimes you need to be patient.(we stood in line for 1 hour)
The disadvantage is that you need to walk more than 700 meters to the next bus stop, because you need to pass passport control when moving to the Rostov region. The Izvarino bus station should be made as close as possible to the checkpoint on the territory of the Rostov region.
Eternal queues at the border, some climb without a queue, artificially create a queue to sell a place for 1000 rubles. The toilet is paid, in general, as usual, they do business on everything.
I passed the border between Russia and the LPR at this checkpoint, what can I say about this, I stood for an hour and a half in the direction of the LPR and two and a half hours in the opposite direction. A stream of cars, trucks and buses can't make a mess.
Everything is fine, but the huge disadvantage is the lack of Internet. In no store was they given a flogging from the WiFi, answering that the owners did not allow it and would swear. And this is a big minus, since not every local and such an elementary thing as a navigator becomes inaccessible to people.
As such, there is no bus station, there is a transport stop and that's it, the Driver has tickets to Lugansk. there is no bus schedule, they arrive as soon as possible, they leave when people are like herrings in a barrel
It's hard to call this place a bus station. There are only buses to Lugansk and Krasnodon. The Krasnodon route is much shorter, so minibuses run every 20 minutes on average. In the Luhansk direction, the schedule that is marked on the sign at the stop is not always observed, but there will definitely be one bus per hour, so you can leave before 18-00. After that time, you can try to go to Krasnodon, and only then to Lugansk, but this is unlikely. It is easier to hitch a ride or an intercity regular bus - then there are still chances to get to Lugansk. There are also taxis, but the prices there are not democratic. From 1500 rubles to Lugansk is the minimum that I know, and then everything depends on many factors, such as the weather, time of day and other nuances. By the way, waiting for the bus will take place in the open air and in the path of all winds, so this expectation cannot be called comfortable. There are benches and at least some kind of awning near the shops, but whether you will be in time, or rather, whether you will then be allowed to return to your place in the bus queue, is a rhetorical question. In 2018, the bus station was still operating and tickets had to be bought, and there was even a small waiting room where you could sit. Such useful initiatives, it is unclear why, by the way, have already ceased to exist at the present time. In general, the bus station is only an official name.
It's all good. But all the same, the queue is created due to the fact that passport control is conducted through one window. I would like to add a couple more windows when there are a lot of cars .
The queue for departure from the LPR is horse-drawn, everything is slow and not organized, a collective farm. It's like we're going home from another country.
It's a terrible place, but everyone who visited it has only bad associations. There is no normal toilet, there is no normal food, a terrible road, or rather a curb on which you have to stand for hours.
The photo refers to a border checkpoint...
New Year's Eve 2021-2022. He entered the territory of the LPR without a customs declaration. Of course, she was not there at the check-out. It helped that he entered through this point and was identified by the cameras. I'll have science...
P.S. When leaving, a car with small children passes faster. We passed 2 borders in 2 hours and 45 minutes with adventures...
There was no queue of cars from Russia, and pedestrian crossings in both directions pass quickly, but from the LPR to Russia, the queue of cars is huge.

Everything works fine, the staff are attentive and polite
As always, the queue is 1.5 hours long, which I have not been paying attention to for a long time.
Maksimych's coffee is delicious.
Summer sunny weather.
Everyone is polite and courteous. They'll explain everything. So far, the passage is based on documents confirming involvement in the territory of the LPR. To leave the LPR without any problems.
The place is not very convenient due to the large number of vehicles and people. There is no bench and weights for passengers. Of course, this is not very important for people who want to get home to relatives faster, but we have the elderly, children, and people with disabilities...
