Now to the cons:
There is no personal website, it is not possible to order tickets remotely.
The room is not heated during the cold season.
The only contact phone number and that's the landline! Twenty-first century!!? The war is a war, but the bus station is located in the deepest rear, and all the above-described disadvantages are the negligence of superiors.
I will also add: there is no control over the conditions of passenger transportation in the direction of Rovenki - Rostov, people travel in a cold bus with small children!!! This is a complete mess. And this has been noticed more than once. And this is on winter days at a temperature of -27 °!!!!! If there were a website of the bus station itself, there would be a lot of complaints!!!
