I want to share my opinion about the service station. My husband came for a diagnosis at the beginning of last week, as there were questions about the brakes. After inspection, replacement of brake discs, pads, brake fluid and one of the levers is required. The diagnostic sheet was not issued. We agreed with the master that he would order a lever, everything else is available, and he will do everything by the end of the week. We take young children to classes every day, so the issue of brakes had to be resolved in the near future. We were waiting for the call. They didn't wait. The master did not get in touch. The administrator is not aware of all the cases. Talking to the director didn't solve anything either. On Sunday, my husband went in the morning, the discs and pads were replaced, for some reason the liquid was not replaced. There was no lever, of course. It is unclear why such an attitude towards customers on the part of staff and management is unclear. We live nearby, conveniently, but, unfortunately, we will no longer use the services of this service station and will not recommend it. Sorry for the time spent.

We washed the car as usual, but in the end: a lot of scratches, they use dirty rags, sponges with small cells, chemistry is not effective. It seems like they blew through the cracks, but there was still water left. Foams, etc. protective compounds (I tried different ones) are worse than self-service wax, everything then sticks to the car, the effect of the protective film is doubtful. The mats are generally at ease: they were washed with a sink, not even blown with air, put back in the salon. In addition, the washing is long, sometimes you can stand in line and wash yourself, and it will come out faster.
