The bus station leaves an extremely unpleasant impression. The building is in a deplorable state, everything is falling apart, and the atmosphere is depressing. The staff is completely indifferent to the passengers. When buying a ticket, the cashier can calmly continue the conversation with the security guard or the driver, ignoring your presence, as if you are an empty place. Phone help is a different story: rudeness, rudeness, and the feeling that you owe them all something.
It's unpleasant to be there–it's just annoyance and disgust. Such an attitude towards people is unacceptable.

Probably the only bus station in Belarus that has preserved the interior of the USSR times. And so clean, tidy, pleasant service.
