The view is depressing..
And the toilet!!! There are no words!! Dirty, the doors to the booths are broken, a persistent unpleasant smell, paper is lying everywhere, the washbasin is dirty.. It's creepy!!
And even an electronic super button to enter the toilet! But this is nonsense! There is a real possibility there (in the toilet!) Stay for the "overnight stay"! Because the visitor cannot open the door himself, only the cashier.. And if the cashier is busy??!!

Using the services of this bus station, I was very dissatisfied with the conditions. The PAID toilet was in terrible condition - untidy, with cobwebs in the corners and an unpleasant smell that caused discomfort. It was also annoying that the cashiers sold tickets to drunk people, from whom a queue was created and, as a result, it was possible to miss the bus, since the ticket office sells tickets upon arrival of the bus or minibus. In addition, I noticed that drunk people were at the station with impunity, and their behavior interfered with other passengers. Teenagers disrespected furniture, moving benches at their discretion. I am very upset by such a negative experience and hope that the administration will be able to improve the conditions and control over the order in this place.

A large, almost empty, uncomfortable building. Perhaps I would have liked the bus station more if the way to this bus station had been more comfortable. I was traveling from Vitebsk to Lepel, it was assumed that it would be a bus, but a minibus for midgets came, i.e. with narrow seats and insufficient distance between the rows of seats. Along the way, passengers came in and out... Closer to Lepel, in one of the villages, a woman in a red dermantine cloak came in and began to tell everyone everything deafeningly (( her main news consisted of diseases from which her friends and their relatives died... Thank God she didn't drive long!) And when, bent, with cramped legs and stiff back, I got off this minibus bus, got to the bus station: one window,, ticket office,,, another,, toilet payment,, and two bored passengers on the bench ...
I understand that three stars are a lot for this, but I make such an advance to people, hoping for a speedy improvement...
