The bus station leaves an extremely unpleasant impression. An uncomfortable waiting room with wooden seats, an unused second floor and an uncomfortable temperature regime create discomfort. The presence of a pleasant cafe and convenient storage rooms does not compensate for the obvious shortcomings of the infrastructure. The lack of a free toilet is a glaring omission. The paid toilets in the cold basement are a terrifying sight: dirty, smelly, with worn-out toilets and urinals from the Soviet era. It seems that no funds are allocated at all for the maintenance of bathrooms. The behavior of the cashier in the toilet, extorting passage fees and manipulating the turnstile (he asks for money, opens the turnstile halfway with his own hands and asks to get through, and then returns the turnstile to its original position- at the exit in the same way), exacerbates the already negative impression. This level of unprofessionalism and arrogance is simply unacceptable. In general, the bus station offers a minimal set of services, but the quality of these services is at an extremely low level. I do not recommend visiting this place. It is better to use the mobile application and order a minibus or bus yourself.

Clean, but poor. The architecture is original and attractive. But in general, this is a typical medium-sized bus station- ticket offices + a set of market-type kiosks, including hot dogs. There's nowhere to sit down for a proper snack before departure. Thanks for the sockets. But the toilet is too expensive 1 = 20, moreover, in order to get into it, you still need to overcome a high staircase. It costs 0=50 in a grocery store nearby. I'm not saying that it should be free, at least for passengers.
