It is necessary to plan at least some kind of renovation of the building as a whole.
Improve the snack service, remove these unnecessary kiosks with incomprehensible Chinese goods (watches, flash drives).
It is not possible to get through to the help desk or to another phone.I called from Vitebsk. All phones +375(225)454422; +375(225)454433; +375(225)716556; there is no response or the response of the station is not connected .This is a complete mess.I called from 11.12.30 pm 24'10 20. 114 the number is not responding. What kind of service is this?
If you suddenly decide to leave Bobruisk by bus to Kiev, you will not succeed. Appreciate the enchanting insanity of the system: you cannot buy tickets in advance (or rather, according to the staff, you can buy TWO tickets 15 days in advance. If you have a family of three or more people, your problems are yours), you need to arrive at the arrival of the bus and buy "on board". Well, yes, in the 21st century, there is no way to know in advance the number of tickets booked / redeemed. And when the bus arrives, you still can't buy a ticket, because "10 seats have been reserved for Gomel and we don't know how many people will buy them in Gomel."
Taking into account the fact that cash desks are unlikely to work at night in Gomel (everything closes in Bobruisk at 22.00), then an additional question arises - where and to whom will the money go for "Gomel" places that no one can track in any way. Or doesn't he want to, huh?
A large spacious bus station. There is a bar, a cafe and many small shops. Part of the second floor is not heated in winter. The toilet is on the street in the basement, the tariff is like in the capital.

Today I came to get a ticket, I stood in line for 30 minutes. There was only one cash register... The cashier was rude, answer me!!! The building is nice, but the employees are not.. 20.10.202114.40. The queue is more than 10 people
Such an organization, conductors are not given a trifle, there are always some nuances, buses fall apart like minibuses, buses and minibuses go to abum, you constantly need to go out an hour in advance and wait for them like a fool, or he may arrive sooner or later, you won't guess if you're not Sherlock Holmes. The station itself is an ancient place reminiscent of the year 90 .
They have everything. The coffee machine at the bus station is the most delicious in the area. The buns are fresh and delicious. The toilet is clean. There are stalls. The interior is super cozy: there are wooden panels all around, no plastic yet, lamps, the shape of the walls - everything remained after an expensive and stylish renovation in the 80s.
An ordinary bus station. Here you can eat while waiting for your bus or minibus. You can also buy small trinkets, some groceries, as well as accessories and devices here. The outdated appearance from the inside offends just a little bit, but I note that it is always clean.
It will soon fall apart, there is no repair, everyone does not care about it, it will probably be closed soon, the service is expensive and it has become unprofitable.
I like everything, but here's the view inside.... Clean, yes. But it's the 21st century, and the renovation inside is still 80 years old. It's time to give it a modern look. To launch more international and intercity flights.
A large building, on the ground floor there are ticket offices, a waiting room, a bar, a buffet, stalls. The toilet is located outside. Convenient location near the railway station and a transport stop.
The parking lot is small, one with the railway station at rush hour, when they park, when they meet or carry bags, they need to be skinny for 200-300 meters, even though the car is at least a railway station, but there are lawns all trampled anyway when all this was done, the impression is created that a double-minded person did not think about people.
I don't like everything, we have built such a room, now it is idle in vain. There used to be shops or stalls. And now, to go where you need to go, everything and everywhere are equipped with minibuses. In short, everything is fine...
There is a completely normal train station and a small shop where you can buy for yourself or for your family. And there is also a place to have a snack and drink hot coffee.
It's as if the Soviet Union stayed at this station. Still, it is worth repairing it according to the latest standards. The electronic scoreboard would be. The cash registers are new. Otherwise, everything is very much the same.
Unfortunately, one of the Soviet buildings that causes not pleasant nostalgia, but a desire to buy a ticket faster and wait for transport on the street.
