I called the day before the trip to the bus station, asked if there would be a bus and the ticket price. We arrived at the bus station in the morning, I go to the ticket office, and they tell me that there will be no bus. Okay, this would be the first time, but this is the 3rd time I've come across this. Please, if you do not know the bus schedule, do not speak better or ask the drivers how and at what time they go.

The station building itself is good and spacious. The dispatchers work well, provide timely information and tickets. Among the disadvantages, the toilet does not always work, there are no canopies on the landing platforms.

I called the ticket office to find out the exact departure of the Slonim - Zelva bus. To my question: "Can you tell me the departure of the bus?" I was told: "I won't tell you, because I have a long queue." What is there to talk about? Comrades, no one is forcing you to go to work as a cashier! Especially if you hate people and do not know the basic norms of decency and upbringing. Thanks)
