Native bus station. The full range of necessary services. A normal waiting room, good platforms. Buses run according to the schedule. Everything is comfortable and calm.

The building itself is excellent and clean. The staff is polite. But there is one big "BUT" — the phone is not specified! We searched on other sites, were able to call only one, and then no one picked it up, all the others — a call and immediately reset (without beeps and that's it)! And what should people who live far away do? They can't run to the bus station just to find out about the bus.

there's a problem with the toilets, we wanted to buy a ticket, but there's a BREAK and no one deigned to come,the toilet itself is closed, there's a terrible problem with booking buses,they change every weekend, you can't guess when it's off, the service sucks,everyone is aggressive, no welcome He doesn't even deserve one star.
