Everything is fine! Odessa has its own atmosphere. Convenient location. Buses meet all requirements and are comfortable.

An ordinary, Ukrainian bus station: a bunch of gypsies, a smelly toilet and nothing is clear where and from where to go

Compared to Kiev, the class ... toilet is decent, though not cheap. But it is cleaner and more comfortable than in Kiev... and there is a 24-hour and modern luggage storage. In general, a normal bus station by our standards.
