What can I say ... I would enter the dress code in the cafeteria , it 's not nice to go in for a cup of coffee and see untidy people sitting at tables and smelling unpleasant smells .

It's pretty cramped. There is no entertainment. There is an Agroprombank currency exchange, which likes to close for technical reasons. It does not work at night. But there is also a railway station nearby with its own services.
