In winter, the lobby is cold, there are few seats. Not to mention the convenience. I always waited for my buses in the cafe of the station, where you can have a relatively inexpensive snack and charge your gadgets

It would not hurt to improve the waiting areas. And in general, the station is quite clean. A very good kiosk with souvenirs, it is much more expensive in the city.
