I just don't understand
That
That many people don't use the help window
And to clarify the information, they go to the cashier and clarify their information slowly
And the queue is waiting patiently
And the window for inquiries is empty
There is a cafe, but this is a Treat, the cafe management is in no hurry to keep up with the times. The staff at the bus station is excellent, as a student, they rolled back the wow, when there were no problems. There is Parking, a toilet, everything you need for a comfortable waiting for transport.
A good place for an intermediate trip, there is a place for a snack, to purchase small industrial purchases, to relax, a good-natured team, everything is OK
I go to study from here every day. The staff is very pleasant, they will always help you find the nearest one to Brest and not only. I advise everyone to go to Brest!
A very nice building! The only drawback is that the cafe "Lakomka" overlooks the city, and not the platforms. It would be easier for passengers to watch their bus arrive.
It's good that there are many different kiosks inside the station, but it's a pity that there is no variety. 2 hairdressers, in one of which I constantly get a haircut myself. In general, the place is good!!!
It's too bad that after 20.00 you can't find a toilet on the street, but there is no one at the train station... Well, nothing))) I found a bush near the train station
An excellent car terminal for a regional city.
A free, clean toilet.
Parking, you can park your car even overnight.
There is a public transport stop nearby. There is a cafe and a grocery store.

There is a problem with parking at the back of the building as it should not be used because of the sign in front of it. Sometimes traffic police come there and fine everyone. It turns out that it is there, but it should not be used in theory.
Everything is fine in full, but there are no shops on the street from Peron, it is inconvenient, and it is not thought out somehow! I often go there))) 4+
A bunch of perons, constant repairs are all in ruins, there is no parking, there are two doors to the exit to Peron, but one is locked, you constantly have to guess how to get out
Kobrin bus station. I visit this bus station 1 time a year, they have not been able to make a storage room for 5 years. It's just terribly inconvenient, there's nowhere to leave things. On the second floor there is a cafe "Lakomka" - the staff is just rude. The windows are dirty, it's disgusting to look at, there is no desire to buy anything there at all. There are shops on the ground floor where you can buy something to eat. Polite and professional cashiers work at the ticket offices.
