It's all good. There is an inexpensive dining room where they cook very tasty food. There are many ticket offices, there is a warm room where you can go in and warm up. And then there's Wi-Fi, the waiting time flies away faster. The only bad thing is that there is no storage room, at least an automatic one consisting of several cells.

The bus station? Well, let's say... Peron #3... can I buy a ticket to Sukhodolsk? - No! What the hell did you do? Now buses run without entering the station. Yes, this is not a train station, and even not a station anymore, but just a travel point. Even if the bus pulls in from the RVK here, then tickets are not sold in advance, and if there are no seats (thanks to stowaways), then the ticket will not be sold here even upon arrival of the bus. It's easier to go to the RVK and board the right flight there, and this is an unnecessary and unreasonable waste of money.

I regularly make trips from Moscow to Lugansk and back. The station is clean and bright. Tickets can be taken in any direction. Polite and sociable cashiers. There are souvenir shops. Buses arrive on time without delay.
