I'm booking a ticket via konduktor.by . there is a bus in the receipt. Both a bus and a minibus arrive at the place. I get on the bus and they say, I don't know any conductor, go figure it out at the ticket office. I go to the ticket office and find my ticket (which says the BUS should take me). I'm going to the bus to show my ticket. The driver says that you came to me, a minibus driver called you, you were supposed to take a minibus. And he left. As a result - 5 BYN. Because of this mess.

What can you say about the bus station? There are polite cashiers at the ticket offices who help you to choose the nearest bus. On the second floor there is a buffet where you can sit and have a snack before the road. If there is a need for cash, there is an ATM inside the bus station, if you want coffee, there is a coffee machine. You need medicine at the bus station there is a pharmacy kiosk.

One of the worst bus stations. In the evening, nothing works, there is nowhere to have a snack after 17.00, it's good that at least there is a coffee machine. You can't even buy a set of puzzles to pass the time.
