A very good bus station, considering the region. A fairly informative sales area where you can study available flights in advance, choose a convenient one and buy a ticket at least at the ticket office on the spot, even online. The waiting room is quite comfortable. Not a terrible toilet. There are eateries and cafes nearby. The landing area is well marked and sheltered from the weather. I would even say that the bus station in Pavlodar is significantly better equipped than the nearby railway station.
