I drove 50 km to them, and what do you think - it turned out that you need to wash the car first (winter, although thaw) - well, no question, but.... Such a solid company, as I first thought, did not have its own car wash. They offered a car wash nearby, which is also not a question, although I am not a local, but the car wash is really nearby. Then - "more fun.".. It turned out that at this sink only by appointment, upss. They talked about another nearby car wash for a long time, but I'm not a local - I didn't dare. I called Toyotuservice again, they said that they could not help in any way, and then they "killed" me altogether when I said that I would have to refuse to record, they said - if you don't want it as you want!!!! This is such a "service" on Toyota in Lugansk!!! Don't go there anymore. The horror is utter, the attitude towards the payers of money for the service is simply the most terrible!!!

I once used the services of a service station at the Toyota dealership on Oboronnaya Street, opposite the Za Rulem store. The problem was with the air conditioner. It was determined that a radiator leak had formed. I bought a new radiator. The floor of the car was dismantled, the radiator was changed in just two or three months. I didn't exactly time it. As a result: The front door trim, steering wheel and torpedo are scratched. Gradually, the absence of fasteners and hardware is revealed, and broken hooks and latches. Periodically, I find screws and various fasteners on the floor and eliminate creaks in the front of the machine. It's not even worth talking about the stains on the ceiling. It's a small thing. The result is not very good, since this was the first major disassembly of this car. And yet, the air conditioner did not work. The director, in response to the claims, said something vague: "It's not me, it's itself. And in general, the master who did the repairs has already been kicked out, but the air conditioner has not been found ...", and asked for money for repairs.
And for a snack: today, for the sake of interest, I pressed the removed radiator of the air conditioner (in which a leak was diagnosed)-I sustained two "atmospheres" for half a day... The leak has not been detected!!! Maybe there is more pressure in the air conditioning system? Either I don't know something, or the skis aren't going...
