I would like to express my gratitude to the Aya Clinic. The doctors here are real professionals, with extensive experience and attention to patients. I really liked how carefully and competently they approach the treatment. Also, special thanks to the administrators for their efficiency and attentiveness. Everything went quickly and without unnecessary expectations. I recommend this clinic to everyone!"
We were with the groom on November 28th at about this clinic, we want to sign at the registry office, we were given certificates for HIV infection, because we did not know that this is done only in the state. So let's go to this clinic. For almost 40 minutes I discussed with the receptionists that I needed certificates for the Registry Office, for 40 minutes they tried to convince me that they were doing research and issuing certificates, and that I would be able to receive the test results in telegrams, and come for the certificates in a week. Before donating blood, we asked the nurse again if they were making certificates and if these tests would be suitable at the registry office, to which she also answered positively. As a result, about 2 days ago, we came back to the clinic for certificates, the girls sat at the reception in disbelief and said that they were not engaged in issuing certificates and "who told you that", but your own stupid administrators who just wanted to rip off the money. I asked one of the administrators to look into the situation and give me feedback on why the clinic staff made me waste my time and money. I was told that they would call me back and write down my phone number, it's been 3 days, but they still haven't called me and haven't provided an explanation for why the nurse and admins especially zealously proved to me that they are engaged in the manufacture of certificates. Terrible service, and terrible, incompetent staff.
