Laparoscopic sterilization was performed on the dog. We were very worried and read a lot of reviews. Firstly, in the other two clinics we were not even offered an examination before the operation. It was also suggested here and it turned out that the operation could not be performed at that moment. They were undergoing treatment. At the end of the treatment, sterilization was performed. Many thanks to Dr. Ermolaev and the anesthesiologist (unfortunately I do not know the name, the blonde girl) for their sensitive attitude to the animal and professionalism. Everything went without a single complication. The next day, the dog was already running and jumping.

Very good responsive doctors.
I would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Ekaterina Veresova. A very professional and attentive doctor. We have been observing the parrot for several years at her place. The diagnosis is diabetes and only in AibiVet we were able to make the correct diagnosis and prescribe competent treatment. No clinic has been able to help us before, as they helped here.
Now a new trouble has happened, our sugar has not only become constantly high, it began to jump and brought the bird to seizures. We spent several days in the clinic and Ekaterina Evgenievna was able to stabilize the situation for us, my corella survived.
I also want to thank the staff at the reception and in the treatment room who worked on 27-28.11.2022. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names. Very good operational work and responsiveness.

On Monday morning, 15 minutes before the appointment, they called to say that there would be no reception, since the doctor was ill. They offered an alternative - a therapist's consultation. The result is a consultation about nothing, it seemed that the doctor was not completely competent in matters of dentistry. It was from the category of just to accept. I doubted before going to the clinic (I heard not very pleasant reviews from friends), and after such an appointment, I definitely did not set foot in the clinic.

I want all doctors to be the same as Elizabeth - professional, analyzing the situation, not rushing anywhere and so that an easy solution turns out to be the right one. The waiting time is from half an hour, we stayed in the clinic for 1.5 hours and were not going to receive us, after writing a complaint in the book, the doctor came out, but we no longer needed an appointment. We do not have an emergency case, you can warn about this, or not take it at all if you are not able to take at least one patient per hour off the record. The evening, the mood is spoiled by poor-quality service and, in addition, disrespect on the part of the administrator, they say, what do you want, wait.
I do not recommend categorically to come there without an appointment.

And I still have unpleasant impressions about this clinic. 07/21/2023, in the morning it did not work to get through to this clinic, and believing the reviews, I went directly with a cat in my arms, who vomited all night, sorry, every hour, who refused food and water and barely held her head, hoping that she would receive emergency help. And upon arrival, the girl at the reception replied to me, "Sorry, we won't accept you, we have everything scheduled!"(although the cat's condition at the time of treatment was alarming). I had to go to another clinic, where the examination took 10 minutes and treatment was prescribed. One more thing, Yandex indicates the working hours around the clock, and in fact from 9.00 to 21.00. Update the information!
