The most terrible service. They brought the cat for examination at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, told to wait a little, as the operation took place at the dog, an hour later they said to wait for more, as a result they sat there for 2 hours, at 14:00 they said to wait for another 1 hour. All 4 employees of this veterinary clinic were in the operating room, none came out and examined the cat. As a result, more than 2 hours of waiting had to take the cat to another vet clinic altogether.

I want to share my story so that others will think before contacting this clinic. We turned to this Vet clinic for a dog injection. After reading the good reviews, we decided what we would do here. As it turned out, this was our main mistake. The doctor could not give an injection into the withers of the puppy, gave an injection into the paw, also not from 1 time after torturing the puppy, after a while the puppy could not step on the paw....

I applied on June 19 to sterilize a cat that was already pregnant. They sterilized the cat and immediately gave it to kumatosis. The poor animal suffered for a week, did not eat or drink, they poured broths by force, gave an injection that was prescribed, but alas there was no improvement. On June 25, she was lucky again, another treatment was prescribed, and as it turned out, the wrong one, alas, our favorite died in agony on 06/29/2021. And all why, yes, because before the operation, the analysis was not done for an infection in the animal, and an ultrasound of the heart was not done. Apparently, the young cat's body could not cope with anesthesia. Therefore, it is up to you to decide whether it is worth treating your pet in this clinic.

I came to the clinic on a recommendation and did not regret a minute.
The staff is very friendly. They take their time, they listen.
There is no impression of a "conveyor belt" like in other clinics here.
Veterinarian Olga Vasilyevna is just brilliant. A professional in his field!
You can also buy food and other supplies for animals at the clinic. Very convenient!
And there are no problems with parking if you bring the animal for inspection.
I recommend it!
