The view from the window is almost a dump, stink and rats! Don't you already think that we would choose such a place when going to the sea!? We have to hire a taxi twice a day and pay not a little money, which we did not plan in our expense account! In the morning, take and carry luggage with you all day with things for changing clothes! In connection with the above, I demand to reimburse, firstly, the difference in cost between the hotels for each day; secondly, the unexpected taxi costs we incurred; thirdly, to compensate for moral damage! Because of the carelessness of your employees and for the negligent attitude towards customers, they put us in a desperate situation that we were forced to borrow money from relatives!
