Nice hotel, courteous staff, clean, cozy rooms. The room has drinking water, a kettle, mugs, 3in1 coffee, the main thing in the bathroom (brush, paste, soap, gel, shampoo, bathrobe).
Convenient location.
Taxis, by the way, are very affordable, and we mostly used them to travel, there is a Yandex taxi.
There is an exchanger not very far away (at night and on weekends it is difficult to find exchangers here).
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served, you can also have lunch and dinner, there is no alcohol.

Good afternoon! I share my experience of staying at the Aikun hotel: I liked the unobtrusive service, polite staff, and delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is also good. The places I needed to visit were within walking distance. I was also pleasantly surprised that towels and soap accessories were cleaned and refreshed in the room in my absence. Other hotels often don't do this unless they put up a "cleaning required" sign. Thank you so much for having a good time! 🌷

Attentive staff. A very tasty breakfast. There is a sauna, the rooms are quiet and clean, the smell is pleasant. They bring fresh water. There are disposable slippers and a bathrobe. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, delicious and varied. You can leave your suitcases for storage. I really like it, we stopped several times.

The location is excellent, everything is nearby, and where to eat and what to see. The girls at the reception are polite, they helped with the treatment. By the way, the hammam and sauna are located separately, so you can even relax alone. The breakfast is average, but you definitely won't stay hungry. In general, I recommend it!

The rooms are normal, relatively new and clean. The service is unobtrusive. Prices for this level of accommodation in Astana are affordable. The location is average - not far from the center, and to the airport, and to the Expo, but at the same time there is nothing interesting at all within walking distance. Overall, the hotel was not remembered for anything bad, but nothing particularly good either. We spent the night and left.
Of the obvious disadvantages, except that breakfasts - well, none at all.

A small 4-star hotel, budget. The rooms are average, the comfort and availability of accessories are also average. Clean, the mattresses for sleeping are comfortable. Breakfast is included, but I didn't have a chance to try it. There is no climate control - instead there is a battery. There is one employee at the reception who sometimes runs around the floors. But in general, the waiting for check-in and check-out is fast.

A small hotel. Everything is clean and cozy.

I ordered a massage - they washed it specifically.
Breakfast is standard - porridge, cottage cheese, omelette, cutlets, vegetables, cheese, meat, fruits, sweets. That's enough.
You can easily walk to the nearest attractions.
The staff is really very friendly.

A cozy and relatively inexpensive hotel within walking distance from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's restaurant serves a delicious, wide range of dishes, including national cuisine. Buffet-style breakfasts (sliced, bread, vegetables, yoghurts, cottage cheese, pancakes, etc.), everything is fresh, replenished in a timely manner. Additionally, an omelet is prepared and coffee is poured. Everything that should work was working in the room. The air conditioner is fine. A large safe. The carpet has traces of dirt, but it is clear that it was washed. Fast wifi, I caught it everywhere. The only drawback is cleaning the rooms in the afternoon.

A good hotel, the rooms are spacious and pleasant, the staff is very sociable and polite, all specialists are of a very good level. The rooms are clean at check-in, because I was not for long, I can't say anything about cleaning. The filling of the rooms is also very good, there is everything for body hygiene.
Two things that upset:
Sometimes there is a very strong smell of cigarettes in the corridor (there are smoking booths on every floor) and a little meager breakfast, although there is free coffee in a huge cup.

The hotel is simply magnificent: clean, quiet, convenient location both from the airport and to the main attractions!!! There are many cafes, banks, shopping malls, coffee shops nearby. In terms of price/quality, it exceeded expectations. Thanks to the friendly staff at the reception, in the bar, restaurant, and the maids! I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast included in the room rate: there is no huge abundance, but everything is very tasty, fresh, balanced! I was also pleasantly surprised on the one hand by the little things (a free iron on the floor, a smoking room on each floor, a computer and a printer for general use), but these little things say a lot about the customer orientation of management and staff. Just bravo!!!

The staff is friendly and courteous. In the morning, however, the guys at breakfast are too formal, like robots. Add a little positivity and lively, endearing emotions.
The breakfast is very good. They offer a choice of fresh scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Coffee beans are brewed on request.
Silence at night. Clean and cozy rooms with comfortable beds and mattresses. Mini bar with reasonable prices.
The room itself is spacious (there was one).
The smell around the smoking rooms was a little annoying. They are located at the beginning of the corridor and you can walk through this area anyway.
I would like to see cosmetic kits (cotton swabs, sponges) in the rooms.
Preferably a spoon for shoes, otherwise there is a safe, but no spoon. ;-)

I liked everything without exception (friendly young people at the reception, clean spacious room, all plumbing is new, in working condition, delicious, varied breakfast in the morning, silence at night - this is the main thing for us!). The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the main attractions of Astana. I recommend.

A normal small hotel, stayed for 4 nights. There is an elevator, the rooms were comfortable and standard. Clean, neat. The breakfasts are quite simple, but you can eat enough. It is a kilometer and a half from Baiterek and the square, it is surmountable on foot. There is a large park on the other side of the hotel. There are 2 restaurants right in the building where the hotel is located. And one nearby. The disadvantage is the gas station nearby, constant traffic, but it didn't bother me.

I stayed at this hotel in 2023. Overall, it's not bad, but I didn't have enough variety in the breakfast and the infrastructure nearby. And everything seemed to be clean, but somehow a little tired. Plus, there was no water and the hotel staff did not offer a way out of the situation, but said that you just have to wait. I won't stay there anymore.

Great hotel! Good service, polite and customer-oriented staff. The room itself is without complaints, everything is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, everything you need is in the room. I arrived when it was abnormally hot + 38 air conditioning - pleasant coolness, Wi-Fi - good speed.
Special thanks to the staff of the reception area, the room was prepared and was waiting for me, although it was checked in very late, all the documents I needed were done quickly enough.
In general, if you need to visit this hospitable city again, where to stay is no longer a question. I chose a hotel for a long time before the trip, I did not lose it!

The rooms have everything from a kettle to a toothbrush.Purity. I really liked the staff.
And one very important detail: nearby (within walking distance) there are two restaurants, two grocery stores (one 24-hour), a KFC, a gas station and a car wash.
