I strongly do not recommend it! I'll start with the advantages: a beautiful view of the lake, a medium-sized pool, which also has a lot of questions, but in principle it is tolerable. And yet, if you like to have a rough time while drunk, this place is for you, no one will tell you anything here, you can make noise and smoke on the floors at least all night, but if you are an intelligent and well-mannered person, then peace and security is your personal concern. The service is below zero: the water in the rooms is strictly limited to 0.5 liters per "snout", you will not find a cooler in the entire hotel, then if you ask, it is very difficult to wait, and even if they bring it, it will be a great favor, there is no tea or coffee in the rooms, strong whistling blows through the windows of the room. You have to stand in line for a place to have lunch or dinner, as the number of places is limited, and you and your children may have to dine next to alcohol drinkers and already a very cheerful company. The hotel positions itself as a 3* level, but this is far from the case, and they won't even apologize to you for spoiling your vacation, so it's up to everyone, of course, but I won't take my family to this hotel anymore.

Nice hotel. It takes your location. Take a room with a lake view. Don't be stingy. The sunset is simply gorgeous. A large beach is adjacent to the territory. There are no parking problems at all.

I won't say anything about the hotel, I haven't been. The beach is clean, the location is excellent, the parking is huge across the street. There is a place to eat, relax (tents, tapchans). The staff is friendly and courteous. The prices are adequate.

The hotel used to be wonderful, but it was terribly neglected. The rooms are worth the cosmetic prices, but you can assume that you are paying for the beach and the pool below, the rest is very upsetting. We initially checked into the standard, the administrator specified the number of people, found out that there would be three of us and... She gave us a very small room with an extra armchair bed. On the same days, relatives who lived in pairs were vacationing with us, and both of their rooms were much larger than ours. Why then it was necessary to specify that there would be three of us and allocate the smallest room, it is unclear. The standards overlook the road, cars drive around the clock. We paid another 20 thousand tenge and moved into an improved room with a view of the lake. Yes, it was bigger, as a bonus we got a scratched bed, which had crumbs falling from the headboard and a window with a kind of curtains. Curtains, by the way, in all rooms (and we saw 4 different rooms) are not blackout at all, and we got up very early. There are also a lot of flies in the hotel, there are fans in the rooms from the heat. Separate towels are not provided for the beach. Either you need to bring it with you or use it from the bathroom in the room. By the way, there were no separate towels for the third person, for whom we paid extra. On the plus side, the rooms were cleaned, but the very sight of old and worn rooms still creates a feeling of dirt. The restaurant at the hotel is not bad. The prices are the same as everywhere in Borovoye, the staff was pleasant, served quickly. There are no complaints about the food. I would really like the hotel to be taken care of and put in order. Well, or reduced prices for accommodation 🤷🏽♀️

Nice hotel. The food was delicious and served quickly. I especially want to point out that a separate portion of food was served for a child (1 year old). The waiters are friendly, the reception is working perfectly. There is a small pool with warm water, a sauna and a large pool with cool water. Everything is on the level 👍

A disgusting hotel. Boorish administrator Nadezhda extorted money at the reception upon arrival and blackmailed not to check in. The amount of 80,000 tenge was indicated in the booking letter, but upon arrival she wanted 100,000 in cash, explaining that it was the summer season and the director told her so. When she heard about the police in response, she settled and was rude that the issue was closed, doing us a huge favor for our own money. The documents on accommodation were given only on the 3rd day!!!!
The rooms are old, the hotel is very shabby
Wi-fi in the rooms is not working, the room has not been cleaned. Karaoke is yelling from the bar nearby at night, there is no air conditioning in the room, it is impossible to sleep with the windows closed on the road.

Everything is fine, location, rooms, pools, beach!
But there is nowhere to have a snack during the day, there is no provision for the sale of good pastries, pies, baursaks, just a snack, the whole children ate sodas and ice cream. On the terrace, the service is sooo long and the food is so-so, you can't get enough, the portions are milipizdric. That's why I would like to just sell homemade mantas, fresh fluffy pies, dumplings, etc. at affordable prices. Because it's not very convenient with children, and in general it makes no sense to leave the beach in search of food, I had to go all the way to another cafe, of course it all takes a lot of time and energy in such a heat)

Of the advantages: the location is not many meters from the lake. The view from the window is just a fairy tale. The lunch food is delicious. The water in the pool is clean. There is a rental of skates and buns. There is a slide. And that's it. The hotel itself is already tired and it's sad. The rooms are patched up, as they say, everything is breathing hard. The price is, of course, unreasonably high. The room is very cold, but there is a heater, but it hardly warms. The breakfast is monotonous, there is little choice and you have to wait a long time for the food to be served on the buffet. Room cleaning is a separate topic. Dust in the room. On day 2, we did wet cleaning, we did not understand where and how and what they call wet cleaning. There are no disposable accessories in the bathroom, they said it was over. Bottled water of 0.5 liters is brought. The pool is large and cold. They asked to turn on the heating. Previously, how many times we came, there was warm water in the pool. It's very cold this time. They don't clean the water from the floor, you walk through puddles. The material on the pool chairs is mildewed and they are dirty. The steam in the steam room is very dry, it burns. The skating rink on the lake is bad, there are cracks everywhere. It's a pity that such a great hotel is getting worse and worse and worse😔😔😔

We settled in quickly - we were given a card from the room on the 4th floor. It's pretty inside, but everything is already old and worn. It was cold in the room, they asked for a heater - it got a little better.
Food: ordinary canteen food without frills, but everything is edible and suitable for children. For a child of 2 years old (for whom they did not pay), they served a separate set of food - this is of course +.
The pool is cold, the room is warm, the sauna is not bad and saves the situation a little. The Jacuzzi is turned off, does not work.
Location: good, right on the shore of the lake. But there is nothing nearby except the lake - no shops, no cafes, no mountains and anything entertaining.

I liked everything about the hotel super. But there are flaws, for example, there is not enough background music in the restaurant, the atmosphere at the rink, and it's so cool. The food is delicious and the prices are standard as in all hotels. But the rink is not smooth, you can fall out of a crooked rink, it is poorly cleaned from the snow. The pool and sauna are cool, but the sauna is dry. In general, it's not bad for its price.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had a family vacation in winter, everyone liked it. There are skis, skates and cheesecakes. There is a slide and an ice rink nearby. There is something to strive for in the kitchen, for breakfast we sometimes had to wait for the buffet dishes to be updated. The sauna is hot, the pool is large.

I haven't been to Borovoye for 20 years and realized that there was nothing to do there. The road from Astana was made and the titular nation "turned around" in a once corner of untouched nature in full. Under each bush there is a shed made of shit and sticks or a yurt (rented for money), in each clearing there is a group of "bais" with a samovar and a disco. The approaches to the lakes are blocked by fences. Admission to swim is 1000 tenge. The splendor and poverty of the Bayesian dream. Yes, there is no road from Russia through Odessa. At all. Yes, that's good.
