I bought a two-room apartment in Levada from them. If I had known in advance what kind of office it was, I would not have bought it.

On July 9th, the apartment was rented: all the plaster was peeling off on two walls, the vetilation did not work, the floor was lined in three large places with bumps, two double-glazed windows were scratched, the front door was scratched anutri and outside.
The final acceptance was held on July 31st. Iron HASN'T DONE ANYTHING IN three weeks. As a result, I spent my time, the time of a construction specialist, to see how nothing had changed.
Naturally, I did not sign the acceptance certificate and went to the office for an explanation. There, in the usual manner for Iron, they told me: "Sign the act, and then we'll figure it out, it wasn't us who arranged the enterprise, but our general contractor, and deal with him." In general, this is a distinctive feature of this company - all their shoals, these are not their shoals, but someone else's.
There is water in the corners of the basement of the house, and in the elevator shafts too. This is the quality of construction in the 7th stage of the Levada.

In general, I do not recommend buying an apartment from them. It is better to buy a secondary one, so as not to spend 3 months fiddling with the Iron during the creation of the HOA and the acceptance of the apartment.
The developer is good, but there are points about the sale of parking spaces, which, when designing residential blocks, were agreed upon in the traffic police as 1 place for one apartment. And in the evening there may not be a place near the house if you have not bought yourself in advance. Also, the imposition of services on your service company, the quality of whose services is not always comparable to the price of these services
The developer himself is cool. And builds cool objects. However, it is necessary to definitely change the client approach. The sales department works on weekdays from 9 to 18, on weekends - weekends, and also lunch from 13 to 14. I have such a schedule too. And I'm interested, by the way, in Levada. Consultations in the office by appointment and only during their working hours. But I can't. What prevents you from adjusting the schedule to your clients. Since you are only working by appointment, adjust to the customers. And at least on Saturday so that I could come to you.
I work in sales myself, it's amazing how many potential customers are eliminated due to the lack of customer orientation.
