A small building, neat and clean toilets, the city center, 5 minutes from the metro, near tram, trolleybus and bus stops. On the ground floor there are cafes: cornflowers, tempo pizza, there are also small cafes with coffee, shawarma and other things. There is a travel agency on the second floor. On the third floor there are English tutoring courses. Parking is sometimes a problem, but not critical
