We rested at the AYSEV hotel in Alanya from 09/24/2024 to 10/22/2024.Booked through mts.travel.A small hotel with cozy, clean rooms and a shower room.Everything is compact and modern. And a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator, and plumbing and a powerful air conditioner.Everything is snow-white.The towels are really gray, but clean. We bought it with breakfast.Good quality products.Three types of cheese, fresh rolls and bread, olives, olives, cherry tomatoes, various daubs and chocolate and jam.If you want to pour tea, good coffee will be offered and brought. The room had a sea view.To see the sea every morning right from the bed, you need to take it on the top floor. The view is amazing. The weather was good.Only the last two days the sea was stormy, we did not swim. They bought it for 44 thousand rubles.
Great! I recommend you to rest. Very good location, excellent service.

The first line from the 4th beach, the greenest place) from the window you can see the sea, a park with fountains, the location is just super, everything is nearby. We made friends with the good-natured owners of the hotel, the German husband and wife and their two children) keep the hotel clean, respond to every request with a soul, the wifi is wonderful, we will come here again)
We had a rest in September 2018. Very good location, 1 minute walk to the beach. There are rooms with sea views (but you need to specify when booking). The hosts are very friendly, they do not speak English, only Turkish and German. But they understand everything that is needed. Everything is close to the shops on foot 10 min. There are many restaurants around. 3 min. to the fanicular to the museum. (The fanicooler costs 18 lire in both directions. 14 lire one way. The best is to take both. The museum in the mountains is 15 lire entrance, I do not recommend visiting other museums or anything special). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, TV with one Russian channel (Russia 24), small balcony. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, bed linen and towels are changed and a set of soap, shampoo (we bought everything in the store for rubles is not expensive, but the texture is better) . The hotel has a small pool, but we didn't use it, we spent all our time on the beach. (Shizlong 10 lire. An umbrella of 10 lire for the whole day. it is more profitable to take in lira, not in $.). We took a room with a slightly more expensive breakfast, but it's worth it (we had breakfast at the hotel, a normal breakfast included: tea, coffee, milk, rolls of 2 types, butter, processed cheese, strawberry jam, chocolate jam, cereals, cheese of 2 types, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, eggs, one kind fruits).
We arrived at 9 a.m., i.e. before the official check-in, but they gave us the room right away. Half of the rooms have a view of the park. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea. The street in front of the park is quite busy, but during the day it cannot be said to be very noisy against the background of the rest of the city. At night, the festivities last up to two hours, sometimes I had to close the windows to fall asleep. The breakfast is buffet-style, simple and delicious (cost 20 lira in 2018). The manager speaks German and English. WiFi is working well. The pool is small, but no one swam in it in September, so it was free. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, and there are no problems with hot water either. Of the furniture, except for 3 beds, there is only a wardrobe to hang clothes, a shelf for shoes, 3 chairs and a small table with one drawer. Even for two people, it's not enough, they left most of the things in their suitcases. There is one outlet in the room, another in the bathroom, we regretted that we did not take a splitter. Electricity works only when the key is inserted into the socket, leaving you will not leave the equipment on charge.
