An excellent airport, one of the best I've been to, a large and spacious, huge waiting room in a green area, there is a place to sit down and charge gadgets, a sufficient number of catering outlets. Of the disadvantages, Chinese and Russian cards are not accepted.

In February, I flew with this airline for the first time, made 4 flights, very good staff, well fed, breakfast with sausages is incomparable! Chicken and meat with chestnut and pomegranate are also wonderful, they fed me heartily, poured wine, then more tea, on the way back they gave me another bag with headphones and something else, I could watch a movie, I watched. If it were possible to put 10, I would put it, if in the future I have to fly and there is a choice of airline, then I will choose only you! The airport terminal in Baku is a masterpiece of architecture. Everything is wonderful there. Very comfortable waiting rooms equipped with Wi-Fi. very accessible information and signs necessary for passengers, which contributes to easy orientation in the terminal building. The service staff is polite and attentive to passengers. There are many ornamental plants in the halls. Almost sterile cleanliness in the a/e building and in its sanitary premises. The halls are equipped with smoking booths (I am not a smoker myself). It's wonderful that you don't have to breathe cigarette smoke. AZAL Airlines' planes operate flights, as a rule, punctually, without delays.

There are questions about the planes, something is out of order, something is just tired. But when comparing ticket prices, Azal looks very advantageous. A comfortable home car in Baku with all the privileges is also a plus)

Azal flew for the first time, 4 planes were changed during the trip Moscow- Baku- Tbilisi and back. None were late, clean, all the seats are laid out (even the last in the rows) food, drinks were offered everywhere, and even if you fly for only an hour) If the flight is in transit, as it was with us, the luggage is automatically delivered to the next flight. I flew this company's planes 4 times, from Moscow to Baku and back, from Baku to Vienna and back. As for flights, by 5 points. Starting from the crew and maintenance, to meals on board the aircraft. An excellent airport, almost everything is provided for comfortable waiting, free Wi-Fi, sockets for charging gadgets, boxes where there is an opportunity to retire and even lie down,quiet , calm,small cafes, smoking booths.
The waiting time before the flight was five hours, I spent in the transit passenger lounge.

Unfortunately, I had a case and they did not go to a meeting for me , I bought air tickets for a pensioner, at her request, I wanted to fly to my homeland, but they made a mistake in the date of the viesto on June 6 , purchased on July 6 , they immediately reacted within 12 hours and wrote a request ahead of time, i.e. 4 months in advance but they did not go to the meeting and refused , citing the fact that it was not refundable , of course , it 's a pity, but it seems to me they could have gone to meet us , given that we reacted quickly and that there is still such a long time before the flight .
