Clean stairs and elevators. The elevators are always working. There is a coffee machine on the ground floor. A face recognition system has been installed, but this does not complicate access to the business center. The guard works without leaving. I've heard that there are power outages. It's strange for a building in the city center, especially for a business center. There is no food reserve. There is no information board with the names of the tenant companies.

A good business center in the city center. Great location. But there is not enough coffee shop or coffee machine inside. The parking is also sooo small. It is impossible to park. Therefore, it is better to arrive by taxi or on foot
