Complaint on 08/24/24 at 20.00 I rented a car from you.
The contract was originally for Kia Rio, but in fact a Volkswagen Polo was brought.
When asked to give me the details to pay for the rental of this car, the girl asked me to give the money in cash, thereby arousing suspicion.
Please note that no contracts, documents, etc. have been provided to me and, accordingly, have not been signed by me.
After that, I left and only on 08/26/24 a "contract" was sent to me on Viber, which I consider to be a complete nonsense and stupidity.
The next day, on 08/27/24, at 19.30, the aforementioned car was returned to the specified place for delivery.
No one came out to me, but only asked me to take a photo of the car from all sides, as well as a photo of the dashboard.
After I sent the specified photos, the girl called me back and said that there was a race in the car! Instead of the required 250 km per day (500 km for the 2nd day I paid), the mileage was 1200 km and now I have to pay a fine of 518 Belarusian rubles.
After that, I said that no one had talked about it and there was no contract as such, I did not sign anything, and the message on Viber should not be treated as a document and a set of rules, especially when it was sent a day after the car was handed over to me.
In response, the aforementioned girl said that she did not want to talk anymore and hung up the phone.
I also ask you to pay attention to the fact that no one has informed me of the name of the manager, director, etc.
There is no information on the site, which only strengthened my suspicions about the seriousness and legality of this organization.
After 10 minutes, the same girl wrote a message on Viber that everything could be settled "in a good way", and that I was required to transfer 90 Belarusian rubles and the issue would be closed.
Being in a state of fatigue after a long journey and the deepest frustration, I transferred the money to the specified account.
When I came to my senses, I tried to figure it out, get an explanation and talk to their management, in response to which the girl whose name has not yet been given to me hung up again.
In general, it is a very "excellent" office.
If you want to spoil your nerves and part with money, I recommend everyone to go there!

Good rental. The car is delivered on time. There is also an early booking. A pleasant receptionist answered all questions and helped with the choice of a car. The price is nice, the car is good. The trip was a success. Everyone is happy. Thank you.
