The agency IP Olympus A.E. is under the trademark "ABC of the Family", which, in my opinion, violates the legislation of the Russian Federation "On Consumer protection". On November 17, 2023, I signed a contract with the Azbuka Familia agency in the amount of 2,880 euros to find a nanny for my child. According to the terms of the agreement, the agency undertakes to provide a qualified specialist. However, after two months of work, the nanny provided by the agency left for another country without warning, leaving me without the necessary help. When contacting the agency with a request to replace an employee, I was asked to conclude a new contract and pay for search services again. This approach on the part of the Azbuka Familia agency is unacceptable and violates my rights as a consumer, given that the original contract has not expired yet and the service has been paid for. I strongly recommend that all potential clients avoid the agency "ABC of the Family". Their attitude towards customers and non-compliance with obligations provided for by law.
