The bottom line is that when selling the boiler, no one clarified anything about the input cables and about the operating conditions that I need a boiler for about a maximum of 3.5 kV of power to be regulated, only the question was about power
That is, the boiler does not fit my parameters, it cannot be set as needed

By phone, prices are set in foreign currency, although there is no license to sell in foreign currency. They call other stores warning them not to sell the same product, thereby organizing a monopoly on this equipment. Complaints are responded to as in the order of things.
