Absolutely everything is satisfied with the professionalism of the doctors and the correctness of the selection of therapy. They always give a lot of useful information, explain everything in detail and clearly. Administrators work clearly, all information is recorded correctly. They are accepted on time. In general, everything is perfect, as the clinic should work. I would like to express special words of gratitude to the doctor Zakharova Anna Albertovna, they did a heart ultrasound and took a blood test for our cat Casper. How much patience, strength and patience this fragile girl had to spend to do these procedures to our cat, who weighs 8 kg and who defended himself with all his might, that the three of us could not hold him. Anna Albertovna managed to cope with our hero. Thank you very much to all the staff of the clinic for your hard work and professionalism.

A wonderful clinic, kind and helpful staff!
This is not the first time I bring my pets here and I do not regret at all that I chose this particular clinic.
The staff saved the life of Buffy's dog. Our girl was ill with pyroplasmosis (bitten by a tick), was in poor condition. The staff of this clinic immediately showed responsiveness to our serious problem. Six weeks after the treatment, Buffy began to recover. Thank you so much for saving the life of our beloved dog.
And a huge thank you from Buffy herself.

This veterinary clinic is the worst place to go with an animal! Doctors are completely irresponsible and incompetent. My pet was in critical condition, but no one here even tried to provide real help. Instead of offering treatment options, they showed complete indifference by refusing to take any action! There is not a drop of empathy or desire to help, only indifferent faces and excuses. This is not a clinic, but a real nightmare for those who hope to take care of their pets. Beware of this place if you don't want to lose your pet!

I turned to this clinic to castrate my beloved cat.
I arrived, gave it to the procedure, and was assured that everything would be fine.
I gave it at 6:20, at 6:40 they already called that everything was ready to be picked up.
It became suspicious how in such a short time it was possible to perform an operation and even get out of anesthesia.
I arrived, the cat is conscious, everything is as it was before he was transferred to the doctors. They pointed out the blood on the typewriter, they said it was normal. When they arrived home, they started bleeding, and they called them and told them to come back.
Arriving at their place, they told me to take a walk on the street, so I stayed there. My calm cat screamed and hissed so much, it was terrible. I asked the receptionist to go take a look and when they realized that I was in the building they did anesthesia. And they came out saying that the vessel was allegedly damaged and that my cat had licked it himself.
They stopped the blood and returned it again. This time the cat could be seen that he was under anesthesia for all the symptoms, etc. but for the 2nd day he bled and bled, to which the clinic said that this was the norm. I went to another clinic, I was diagnosed with anemia due to blood loss, inflammation of the typewriter, treated, pricked with injections, and returned to me. And at the clinic, friends said there was nothing to process and blood was fine. My cat is still in a serious condition. I'm afraid for his life. God is your judge, the skinners in the clinic are Friends. If you love your animals, never take them there. There are skinners working there!!

At the same time, they simply robbed me without giving me a single check, and did not even try to make at least some kind of apology. Bashura A.V., Matsyuk E.F. - I will never forget these "doctors". E.F. Matsyuk, as I found out later, just a couple of years ago I graduated from the VET in absentia (!). the academy, and presumptuously calls himself a "doctor"! It was she who killed my son's beloved cat with her own hands, and Bashura A.V., who also arrogantly calls himself an "oncologist", sent my beloved pet to the next world in a couple of days. The hostess and the "doctors" of this clinic have the most important value - money, and they consider your pets as an object of profit. AVOID THIS CLINIC, TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS, DO NOT TRUST THEM TO THESE PEOPLE! MY PETS WILL NOT BE RETURNED, BUT I HOPE THAT MY REVIEW WILL SAVE YOUR PET!
