terrible attitude towards the client!!! I do not recommend it!!!We issued the doors in installments on October 30, after the arrival of the measurer, having paid the initial payment, we agreed on the installation date on December 14. No calls are received the day before the installation. We begin to try to get in touch ourselves (it is very problematic that the manager does not answer the phone). Only through Viber messages, we will find out that there will be no installation, since the door was not brought and it is not known when it will be!!! It seems that we will not wait for the doors!!!! Customer focus is at a low level. The result is 12/28/2023: we receive a response to the review. A small comment: in the contract, a note was written to communicate with the client via Viber. According to the condition of the doors and when the installation will happen, no one knows!!! Compared to other companies, Azimut is probably the best in Vitebsk. We were pleased with the design, quality, and model range. But the most important thing is how the manager communicated with us: smiling, tactful, informative (unlike other companies). The young man who carried out the measurement also left only positive emotions about himself. And there are no questions even about the installation. Thanks a lot to every Azimuth employee who worked with us to ensure that we had the best doors in our house!

We ordered the entrance doors from the Azimut company (Vitebsk, Energia). At the stage of the order, everything was fine: polite manager Svetlana in the store, a pleasant manager who came to the measurement and arranged the installment right in the apartment with all the documents. It is very convenient that the installment plan is from the company.
The door was made almost on time (+/- a week), very beautiful, with good fittings. We are very pleased with the door itself.
The whole impression of cooperation with the company was spoiled by installers who came to dismantle and install with a CROWBAR! The existence of a jigsaw is unknown in the 21st century, apparently. When they began to dismantle the old door, they broke down a piece of the wall and tore up the wallpaper. They responded to her husband's comments: "We have a lot of orders, we have no time to waste here. And in general, you rushed to make repairs." No apologies, no compensation. Honestly, I'm just shocked by such a "service". As the guys who made the slopes explained to us later, the installers were not from Vitebsk, but from the Azimut company itself. That's the experience of cooperation. We have interior doors next in line, but it is unlikely that after such an installation we will order from this company, although there are very decent models.

I was especially pleased that when one of the door elements is worn out, only the worn element changes, and not the entire door. When choosing and placing an order, we were helped by a polite and very competent seller. The measurer was also good at his job. Installers are masters of their craft. All the doors were installed in a day. There's not even anything to complain about at work. All doors are installed on the same level. There are no distortions. In what position he left the door, it remained in the same position. I can't say anything about the disadvantages, since I didn't find them. In the process, let's see how long the doors will last.
