It seems to say Rosneft, but it seems to have nothing to do with Russian Rosneft, even though there are queues there all the time. They managed to pour 35 liters for me, even though the tank was 50 liters, and more than half remained in the tank. Prices are much higher than in Russia. I don't want to come here.
Almost everyone refuels, both residents and tourists. For this reason, there is always a queue. Despite the workload, the staff is attentive and polite.
Very expensive gasoline. Cheaper than at other gas stations in Abkhazia, but still 7 rubles more expensive than in Russia, even though the excise tax in Abkhazia is minimal.
ROS-oil... b...
you can't pay with cards. There is a savings ATM in the corner without money, besides it accepts only MIR cards.
At the same time, the entrance to the park is 350 rubles. from a person, you can pay with any card. That is! Abkhazians can, but Rosneft cannot work with maps. PPTs... it sucks.
The operators are inattentive. The confusion is caused by the tankers, who communicate with the operators via intercom and fill up the cars of local people who are too lazy to go to the gas station. Bonus cards do not work. In short, it's a mess.
Everything is different. Staff, cleanliness, service. Payment by any card without any problems

Until they are fully refueled, you do not need to play guessing games, as in the Rostov region. Cards are accepted, there doesn't seem to be a contactless payment yet. The WORLD from VTB does not work. Raiffeisen is no problem, and so is the Sber visa.
